Valentine’s Day Outfit

Hey loves, I’m so excited to share these photos with you because this was the most fun photoshoot I’ve done. Lately, it has been raining almost every weekend in Seattle which makes it difficult to take photos. Last weekend, instead of canceling the photoshoot because of rain, we decided to embrace it and have fun. We ran around and danced in the rain until we were soaking wet. Luckily we didn’t get sick.

Valentine’s Day is less than a week away. This year, I’m going out for brunch with two handsome dates. We’re going to our favorite brunch spot the weekend after. They have the best chicken fried steak and biscuit with gravy. I’m getting hungry just thinking about them. Haha…. We made a commitment to make healthier food choices but we’re going to make an exception for our Valentine's day brunch date. Last year, we stayed at home and baked cupcakes. Jayce was only 6 months old and we didn’t want to celebrate it without him.

I love wearing pink or red for Valentine’s Day celebration. This look is so sweet and feminine. It’s a perfect look for lunch or dinner date. I love this pretty pink and nude color combo. The turtleneck sweater is 100% cashmere, it’s soft and warm. I scored this gorgeous tulle skirt from ASOS during their after holiday sale for under $24. I did a DIY alteration and trimmed off about 8” because this skirt looks better on me at knee length.

What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? Are you celebrating it on the day of or later?
